In 1989, Ron Smith started in Dallas Texas a Service Company providing Public Record Research to Business and Industry. Our client base continued to grow over the years and at the same time, our clients requested additional areas of research and filing services.

Our first concern was controlling our growth at a level that was manageable and assuring that growth did not interfere with our customer service reputation. Our growth has been slow over the years but we planned our growth and improved our overall customer service and client relationships at the same time.

Over the years, we have grown and now offer many service selections that meet our client diversified needs and we have enjoyed developing our relationship into a partnership program.
